Boston Marathon Terrorist subject to “Special Measures” in prison

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev – the surviving terrorist who carried out the Boston Marathon massacre in April 2013 will be subject to “harsh restrictions” known a “Special Administrative Measures” (or SAM) during his stint in prison according to a special memo prepared by the U.S Bureau of Prisons.

“SAMs,” as they are known, are used in terrorism cases and other high-profile cases when authorities allege there is “substantial risk” that a defendant’s communications or contacts with people “could result in death or serious bodily injury” to others.”

Huh – how about that?  Do you think it may have something to do with the special psychopathic dedication and commitment to an ideology of radical Islamic Jihad?
